The Simple Solution — Alignment Restores Everything You Thought You Lost December 14, 2025 The Simple Solution — Alignment Restores Everything You Thought You Lost Here is the most transformative truth of all: You don’t need a complicated solution. You need alignment — the simple union of your heart, mind, knowledge, and God’s Spirit within you. In my book, White Coat Revival: A Simple Solution to Empower & Restore YOU, the Heart of Medicine (launching very soon), I walk you through 7 Alignments. These are a step-by-step restoration of you the healer back to God’s original design. The beauty is that every step brings more ease, more clarity, more joy, and more Holy Spirit partnership than you have experienced in years. When you align: You hear God’s wisdom with surprising clarity. Your clinical reasoning becomes sharper, not duller. Your healing impact increases dramatically — often instantly. Your days feel purposeful and light instead of pressured and heavy. You experience the peace your soul has been craving. And you begin to see miracles, small and large, that remind you why God called you into medicine in the first place. Alignment doesn’t change who you are. It restores who you’ve always been. A child of God. A vessel of healing. A Medical Intercessor standing in the gap bringing glimpses of heaven to earth. A carrier of both science and Spirit. A healer whose authority comes from the One who designed the human body. This is the revival of your heart. This is the rebirth of your calling. This is the simplicity that lifts every heavy burden. You were never meant to heal your patients alone. You were meant to co-labor with The Great Physician. Hope is not coming. Hope is here, and it’s aligning you back to the joyful, powerful, purposeful healer God created you to be. “I pray that God, the source of hope, will fill you completely with joy and peace because you trust in Him. Then you will overflow with confident hope through the power of the Holy Spirit.” — Romans 15:13 (NLT) We are in a season where hope, joy, and peace are expressed in many of this season’s décor. These three come to you when you partner with Jesus — the whole reason for this season! Hope, joy, and peace are not just wishes, they are an expectation when we partner with Jesus, the one we are celebrating this season! That’s the real reason for the season! May you be filled with radiant joy, the spark of hope, and a posture of peace this season!
Why Your Heart Wants “More” — and Why That Is Good News
Why Your Heart Wants “More” — and Why That Is Good News December 7, 2025 Why Your Heart Wants “More” — and Why That Is Good News Many of us worry that wanting more peace, more time, more God, or more purpose is a sign of weakness or discontent. But wanting more is evidence that God is pursuing you. It is the signal that misalignment is being corrected and something far better is coming. You may be living in duality — dual desires. One, to offer excellent science-based medical care while two, also longing for more of God’s Spirit in your work. You were never meant to choose one or the other. Both were meant to exist simultaneously together in medicine. This is the turning point. God placed both desires in you. He wired you for gaining extraordinary science-based medical knowledge and to partner with Him and His Spirit all day long. He designed you to function not in striving, but instead co-laboring with Him When you return to alignment your thinking becomes clearer, because you’re hearing the mind of Christ within you. Your decision-making becomes lighter, because you’re no longer carrying the weight of healing alone. God’s divine wisdom flows into your mind. Your compassion increases, not from emotional effort, but from His strength. Your energy rises, because you’re operating in the parasympathetic stillness where God speaks, and you’re not in constant fight-or-flight all day long. And your joy — the joy you thought the system had taken — begins returning almost immediately. This is not about fixing the industry. This is about restoring the healer, allowing God to revive the heart inside of you — the child of God, He designed you to be. It is my prayer to shift you from surviving to thriving.
A Quiet Misalignment — and the Hope Rising in You
A Quiet Misalignment — and the Hope Rising in You November 30, 2025 A Quiet Misalignment — and the Hope Rising in You I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving filled with family, food, and most importantly, rest. But now it’s back to a full week of work. And for many of you who had even a short break, returning today may come with a familiar little “ugh” in your spirit. You are not alone. Many of you connected with us because you’re searching for a glimmer of hope in your work. You know something in the medical world is off-and something has to change. You don’t need anyone to tell you the system is heavy. You feel it. You’ve lived it. The modern medical world has pulled you–the one God equipped with extraordinary knowledge–away from your God-given purpose to heal. The many obstacles have overstimulated your mind while muting your heart. And something deep within you knows it. Something is out of alignment. Something is missing. That longing for more–more peace, more God, more authority, more joy–is not frustration. It’s awakening. It’s your heart remembering the purpose God planted in you long before the system added its weight. Here’s the hopeful truth: You are not breaking down. You are responding to God pursuing you. He loves you. He’s drawing you closer. He wants relationship. He wants partnership. He wants to co-labor with you in the exam room and patient interactions. For years, you’ve been leading with your mind and leaving your heart behind. But when the heart and mind reunite, when Spirit and science come back together, you return to your original identity as a healer created on purpose for a purpose. This alignment moves you from leading by intellect alone to leading with the mind of Christ. This is what Ephesians 1:18 calls “the eyes of your heart.” This is where clarity flows. This is where burnout lifts. This is where joy returns. This week, allow yourself to notice something: Your desire for peace is Jesus knocking. Your desire for deeper partnership with Him is a divine invitation. Your desire for ease, balance, and meaningful impact is not selfish. It’s spiritual alignment beginning to rise. Hope isn’t ahead of you. Hope is already stirring within you. This desire is evidence of God’s pursuit, and it’s why your future in medicine is far brighter than you may think.
Gratefulness That Brings Your Heart Back into Alignment
Gratefulness That Brings Your Heart Back into Alignment November 23, 2025 Gratefulness That Brings Your Heart Back into Alignment As we enter Thanksgiving week, it’s easy to slip into the familiar rhythm of thinking about gratitude without actually living it. Many of us spend our days leading from our minds—clinical reasoning, rapid decision-making, and running nonstop mental algorithms from decision A to decision B. It’s the training we were given. But it often comes at the cost of something essential: you leave your heart behind. When your mind is in charge alone, you stay in survival mode. But when your heart leads in partnership with Him, you return to the place where God’s presence, peace, and wisdom flow with clarity. This week, let’s interrupt the default pattern. Why Gratitude Realigns You Gratitude is not soft. It’s not sentimental. It is a spiritual and neurological reset. Scripture shows that gratefulness is the posture that keeps us aligned with God. It’s a conscious awareness that transforms your immediate thinking. It ignites God’s Spirit within you. It empowers you to move forward. Gratefulness is not an emotion; it’s evidence of alignment with Him. It’s like a dimmer switch: when gratefulness fades, the light gets dull. When you choose gratitude, the light becomes fully illuminated again. Gratitude opens the door for God’s direction. It shifts you out of striving and into receiving. It moves you from a mind-led life into a Spirit-led heart. Research confirms that gratitude increases parasympathetic tone, steadies emotional regulation, sharpens discernment, and boosts resilience under stress. In other words, gratitude aligns the healer. Gratitude heals you. A Thanksgiving Week Alignment Challenge This week, I’m inviting you into a simple but profound Gratefulness Alignment Challenge: Each morning: Name 3 things you’re thankful for before you touch your phone. This shifts your operating system from reactive to receptive. Midday pause: When the day gets stressful, stop, take a breath, and identify 3 things you’re grateful for. It’s OK to start simple—your car starting, comfortable shoes, or the lunch you get to eat. The more you expand your heart, the greater your lens of gratitude will open up. Awareness is the doorway to realignment. Each evening: Thank God specifically for the favor, goodness, and mercy that pursued you—whether your day felt peaceful or stormy. God’s goodness is not temporary. His favor is not conditional. He is present even when you cannot hear Him. Why This Matters for You in the Role of Healing Leading from your heart—present, aligned, aware—changes how you practice medicine. It transforms how you speak, how you listen, how you discern, and how you sense the movement of the Holy Spirit in the exam room. When your heart leads, you practice from the place God intended: Full-throttle compassion that unlocks His love. Wisdom beyond your human capacity. Days that feel easy and light. = Science plus Holy Spirit Medicine. This Thanksgiving week, let your intentional focus on gratitude pull you back into alignment with Him. May your heart be revived, your mind renewed, and your spirit full of thankfulness for the God who continually pursues you—even in the storms.
On Purpose. For Purpose.
On Purpose. For Purpose. November 16, 2025 On Purpose. For Purpose. “For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.” Ephesians 2:10 God designed you with intentionality. Your calling into healthcare wasn’t accidental—it was planted in your spirit long before you understood it. When you align with His purpose, your decisions become clearer, peace replaces striving, and a deep “knowing” rises within you. God is pursuing you. His plans for you are personal— plans to prosper you, strengthen you, and give you hope (Jeremiah 29:11). In Philippians 2:13 we read, “for it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure.” Your desire to heal, your compassion, and your interest in working with and for the human body were seeds from Him. Think back to the first moment you felt drawn to medicine. That spark was God revealing your purpose. This week, ask yourself: Where did God first plant this desire in me? What part of medicine still stirs my heart? Where is He calling me to step next? You are His workmanship, created for impact and chosen for healing. And, you are carried by His promise to be with you always. Hebrews 13:5b is for you: “For He Himself has said, ‘I will never leave you nor forsake you.’” Walk confidently this week— Your purpose was God’s idea, and He intends to fulfill it. Our part is to say yes and trust Him.
God Is Knocking. Will You Answer?
God Is Knocking. Will You Answer? November 9, 2025 God is inviting you into a co-laboring relationship with Him for more impact and more of His presence in your work…and in your heart. If you’ve ever sensed a disconnect within you, you’re not imagining it. That tension you feel is a knock… It’s invitation—an invitation from God. He wants to join you in the day-to-day interactions with patients. God wants to ignite dreams within you for ideas, strategies, and inventions to multiply your healing impact. You’re being called higher. Not more work, but more impact with less effort. For years, medicine has taught you to lean on your training—your continuing education—your building of more knowledge and skills. That definitely matters. But you also know there’s more…and something inside you tells you. That longing is the Holy Spirit whispering, “Partner with Me.” God is pursuing you. Holy Spirit is moving. He is drawing you into the fullness of what He designed you to fulfill. Not another skill to master. Not new research findings to incorporate. But an invite into partnership. Partnership with the Great Physician. The All-Knowing One. When God calls you higher, He doesn’t ask you to strive harder. He asks you to align. To be still. To listen. “Be still and know that I am God.”—Psalm 46:10 Know that He has the solution. He has the answers. He wants the dreams inside of you to be ignited now. And He wants to walk through it with you. It’s time to answer the knock. He is already at the door. Let’s walk this journey together.
Aligning Your Soul with Your Spirit Part 3: Where Miracles Meet Medicine
Aligning Your Soul with Your Spirit Part 3: Where Miracles Meet Medicine November 2, 2025 We are discussing the topic of aligning your soul (mind, will, emotions, knowledge, conscious and subconscious thinking) with your spirit (the God-breathed part of us where God’s presence dwells within us). Your words create atmosphere. Life and death are in the power of the tongue (Proverbs 18:21). When you’re aligned—spirit first, soul second—your words carry prophetic weight. You begin to speak what God is saying, and that sound can shift a room, a diagnosis, a heart. A provider in alignment becomes an intercessor in motion—releasing words that heal on both clinical and spiritual levels. Healing flows through vessels, not formulas. God isn’t looking for perfection. He’s looking for vessels—available, yielded, and aligned. Just as Jesus said, “I only do what I see the Father doing” (John 5:19), you can operate as a conduit of wisdom and healing in your exam room, therapy session, or surgical suite. The method may vary—but the alignment remains the same: spirit over soul, soul over body. The supernatural becomes natural in alignment. When you’re truly aligned, the miraculous doesn’t feel dramatic—it feels normal. Healings, divine diagnoses, patients encountering peace beyond understanding…these become your new baseline. As you walk in step with the Spirit, you begin to see the “double rainbow diagnosis” emerge in real time: evidence-based care plus heaven’s insight. 2 Scriptures to Anchor Your Soul “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” — Matthew 19:26 NKJV “Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight, O Lord.” — Psalm 19:14 NKJV Alignment Pause Take 5 minutes today. Sit in stillness. Place your hand on your heart and ask God: “Lord, I desire for my soul (my thoughts) to be aligned to the spirit You gave me. Please show me anything that is hindering that.” Let God reveal where your soul may be leading instead of following. Journal whatever you see, feel, sense, or hear during this moment. Repent (turn away from) and release that mis-guiding stronghold. Keep your eyes on God’s goodness and favor for you as you navigate through your day. Your Commission: You are not “just” a provider. You are a Medical Intercessor. You stand in the gap (Ezekiel 22:30), aligning science with Spirit, offering double-rainbow care—evidence-based and hope-infused. You were chosen, equipped, and called for such a time as this. Now go be the light—and let healing flow.
Aligning Your Soul with Your Spirit Part 2: Training the Soul to Follow the Spirit
Aligning Your Soul with Your Spirit Part 2: Training the Soul to Follow the Spirit October 26, 2025 We are discussing the topic of aligning your soul (mind, will, emotions, knowledge, conscious and subconscious thinking) with your spirit (the God-breathed part of us where God’s presence dwells within us). The soul can be trained. Your soul—mind, will, emotions, and knowledge—is not meant to lead your life. It’s meant to align with your spirit. Romans 12:2 urges us to “be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” That renewal comes from knowing God and His truth and by progressively learning. When left mis-guided, your soul risks leading out of emotions of fear, your own willful pride, or knowledge alone. But when it is aligned with your Spirit, you become a powerful authority in healing. Stillness isn’t laziness—it’s access. Psalm 46:10 says, “Be still and know that I am God.” The stillness of the right brain is the gateway for God’s Wisdom. As a medical provider, your left brain stores diagnostic logic—but the still, quiet place is where God breathes new insight. In that space, you’re not just pulling from memory; you’re receiving from heaven. Science and Spirit are not in conflict. The ViaRayma approach trains you in how to work in the parasympathetic state—calm, present, and discerning. From this place, both hemispheres of the brain are active. Left brain logic + right brain hearing God’s still small voice. You offer the best of both worlds: what medical training taught you and what heaven is whispering. Scriptures to Anchor Your Soul “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.” —Proverbs 9:10 NKJV “Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth.” — Colossians 3:2 NKJV Alignment Pause: Be still — and know. Before your next patient, pause, even if just for a moment, and invite God into the silence and ask: “God, what do You want to show me about my patient today?” Then sit in stillness and see what is revealed. Let the Holy Spirit lead and let your thinking be still for the moment. His voice may come as a gentle whisper… a passing image… or through a specific word or phrase that suddenly stands out in the patient’s chart. When you become still, you’ll begin to recognize what’s always been true: God is already in the exam room with you — and He’s the most powerful partner you’ll ever have.
Aligning Your Soul with Your Spirit Part 1: The Alignment that Changes Everything
Aligning Your Soul with Your Spirit Part 1: The Alignment that Changes Everything October 19, 2025 In my book, White Coat Revival (now being released January 2026), I wrote about 7 alignments to draw into God and His perfect plan He has for you. In the next few newsletters, we are going to talk about aligning our soul (mind, will, emotions, knowledge, conscious and subconscious thinking) with our spirit (the God-breathed part of us where God’s presence dwells within us). Alignment is not balance—it’s partnership. In today’s medical world, we often strive for work-life balance, harmony between faith and science, or even emotional neutrality. But alignment goes deeper. It is when your soul (your mind, will, and emotions) submits and synchronizes with your spirit—your God-breathed identity. It’s not equilibrium. It’s obedience. It’s partnership with the mind of Christ (1 Corinthians 2:16). Your original design still matters. You didn’t choose your profession in medicine by accident. Psalm 37:4 says, “Delight yourself in the Lord, and He shall give you the desires of your heart.” That desire to heal, to help, to make things whole—it came from God. The fatigue you feel now may be from drifting out of alignment with that design. God is not asking you to work harder—He’s inviting you to align deeper. Without alignment, authority is hindered. When our soul resists our spirit, we operate from fear, striving, or burnout. But Romans 15:13 reminds us, “Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing.” Hope is a result of alignment. Joy is evidence of His Spirit leading. Authority to speak life, to heal, to see beyond symptoms—it flows not from your effort but your alignment with Him. Scriptures to Anchor Your Soul “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding.” — Proverbs 3:5 NKJV “For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.” — Ephesians 2:10 NKJV Alignment Pause: Take 5 minutes today. May the Lord bless you and keep you, may His face shine upon you and give you peace!
When Human Decision-Making Meets God’s Original Design: Becoming the Vessel
Decision Making: How to Activate Divine Decision-Making October 12, 2025 In medicine, we’re trained to assess, act, and decide—repeat. We must make decision A or decision B moment after moment. God called you to be His chosen vessel in the role of healing. We have to decide to trust in our own decisions—influenced by knowledge, skills, expertise and previous experience or invite Holy Spirit in and ask for God’s wisdom and His lead into the decision. When you choose to be a vessel for God and surrender to Holy Spirit guidance in your decision-making, something shifts. You move from control to communion. The Holy Spirit doesn’t add to your thinking; He transforms it and flows His love through you. This is medicine with the mind of Christ—where science and Holy Spirit operate as one. Let me share a really cool vessel story and how God led me into a very different patient outcome. Two summers ago, I learned something that challenged every injury protocol I’ve ever implemented… We were at a water park when my daughter slammed her shin into a step. I saw the signs instantly: classic mid-shaft, closed tibial fracture with observable deformity and edema. My brain went into autopilot: assess, stabilize, transport. But in the middle of stabilizing, I felt a nudge. Instead of rushing into a transport execution plan, I paused. I breathed. And I invited the Holy Spirit into the moment. I let God lead. I found myself visualizing the bone whole, declaring the authority of the Great Physician, and aligning my spirit with what I knew heaven wanted: complete healing. What happened next, I still don’t fully have words for. The swelling vanished. The deformity disappeared. My daughter got up and went back to play. No ambulance. No ER. Just…alignment. And in that moment, I realized: Healing doesn’t flow through our striving. It flows through our surrender. What if the very thing you’re trained to do isn’t the highest level of healing available to you? This isn’t about abandoning science—it’s about infusing it with the mind of Christ. This is medicine as it was originally designed: Holy Spirit and science working in perfect rhythm, through you. This is the ViaRayma Way. Science and the Holy Spirit aligned—where you, the vessel, filled with extraordinary knowledge and skill, flow with healing through the power of the Great Physician by inviting and believing. If this sparked something in you—a desire, a hunger, a hope—you’re not alone. You’re being invited to think differently. To operate from a place of alignment. To become the vessel healing flows through. Are you ready for more of this? Acts 9:15 (NKJV) “Go, for he is a chosen vessel of Mine to bear My name before Gentiles, kings and the children of Israel.”
