The Decision-Making Style You’ve Never Been Taught

Newsletters

Decision Making: The Decision-Making Style You’ve Never Been Taught Newsletter published September 28, 2025  Earlier this year, a physician friend asked me to pray for her–she needed a miracle. The medical team had been trying to find the right answer to what was wrong for weeks, stuck in deep knowledge processing, running every test, consulting brilliant minds—but nothing worked, and the patient was deteriorating day by day. The outcome looked quite bleak. When I pray for patients, I get still…and ask God to show me something about that patient, and He never fails. He handed me the exact piece of knowledge they had been circling around but could not pinpoint. As soon as I shared the insight from God, the medical team “knew” that was exactly right–that’s exactly what they needed. It was the answer. No striving. No guessing. Just clarity. In an instant. This is the ViaRayma way. It’s not about using a paranormal way of thinking in the form of intuition (which can be biased by emotion or past trauma). It’s about receiving divine wisdom straight from the mind of Christ—straight from the All-knowing One, Himself—a different way of thinking. You already carry knowledge. But God—our Omniscient Partner—knows exactly which file to access and when. That’s what makes the difference between striving and precision, between burnout and breakthroughs. Ask God. Ask God directly. Be Still and hear His small voice. He loves you and He loves your patient. Bring Him into your decision making each day. Proverbs 2:6 (NKJV) “For the Lord gives Wisdom; From His mouth come knowledge and understanding.”

From Stillness to Flow: The Path of the Medical Intercessor

Blogs

In today’s fast-paced world of medicine, stillness may seem impossible—but it is the very doorway to divine wisdom. When providers choose stillness, they step into presence. And when presence unlocks partnership with God, the result is unlimited flow—where science and Spirit unite to bring miraculous healing. Discover how the ViaRayma approach empowers Medical Intercessors to carry both clinical excellence and divine authority, offering patients more than treatment—offering true hope. From Stillness to Flow: The Path of the Medical Intercessor In the noisy world of modern medicine, medical professionals are often pulled in a thousand directions—charts to fill, protocols to follow, patients to see. Yet beneath the pressure, there is a quiet invitation: Be still and know that I am God (Psalm 46:10). This call to stillness is not about passivity. It is the doorway. In stillness, the striving pauses, the noise fades, and space opens for the Great Physician to speak. As Medical Intercessors, this is where everything begins. We reach the end of our own strength and knowledge—and discover that it is only God’s starting line. Stillness Unlocks Presence When you slow down enough to listen, you step into presence. Presence is more than good bedside manner—it is being fully attuned to God and to the patient in front of you. Jesus modeled this with the woman who touched His garment (Mark 5:25–34). Crowds pressed against Him, yet He stopped, listened to her whole story, and spoke the exact words her spirit needed: “Your faith has made you whole. Go in peace and be healed.” This kind of presence shifts medicine from performance to partnership. It allows your left brain—science, evidence, and training—to unite with your right brain—intuition, vision, and Spirit-led discernment. The result is breakthrough care that neither science nor faith could achieve alone. Presence Leads to Unlimited Flow Stillness births presence, and presence unlocks flow. Flow is when your extraordinary medical knowledge aligns with God’s wisdom and something beyond explanation begins to happen. Miracles become possible. Fear in the exam room dissolves. Words of hope shift a prognosis into promise. Spirit-led insights reveal root causes that charts never captured. This is what ViaRayma calls the Double Rainbow Diagnosis. The first arc offers evidence-based hope through science and skill. The second arc offers divine hope through the God of the impossible. Together, they form a complete spectrum of healing—where Heaven touches Earth through you. What It Means for You Being a Medical Intercessor isn’t about striving harder or adding another checklist to your practice. It is about surrender—choosing stillness over busyness, presence over performance, and partnership over independence. It is about letting the Omniscient One breathe through your expertise to release healing that goes beyond what textbooks can teach. And this is an urgent need. Every day outside of alignment is a day patients are left captive to illness, pain, and fear when healing could flow through you instead. You were not called just to diagnose—you were called to heal. To stand in the gap. To carry both the science of medicine and the Spirit of God into every patient encounter. Call to Action This week, before you step into a patient room, pause for a single breath and pray: “Here I am, Lord. Align my knowledge with Your wisdom.” Notice the peace that follows, the insights that surface, the flow that begins. You are more than a practitioner. You are a vessel. And when stillness, presence, and unlimited flow converge, miracles are not only possible—they are inevitable.

The Unlimited Flow

Newsletters

Becoming a Medical Intercessor: The Unlimited Flow September 21, 2025 We’ve walked through stillness and presence in past two newsletters. Now comes the overflow: stepping into the unlimited flow of God — unlimited possibilities that flow when your knowledge and God’s wisdom align—miracles can flow! Literally, miracles can flow from you! Through stillness… being present… partnering with God… standing in the gap from heaven to earth… as a vessel…  filled with your stored, science-based extraordinary knowledge… and led by Holy Spirit! The Double Rainbow Diagnosis Jesus said: “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible” (Matthew 19:26). As a medical practitioner, you’re trained to deliver one arc of the rainbow analogy I have mentioned before (one type of hope). This is the evidence-based diagnosis and hope for healing through science, reasoning, experience, and skills. But as a Medical Intercessor, you add a second arc (another type of hope). This is a ray of hope from the God of Hope, where all healing is possible with the Great Physician and the impossible can be possible. Together, the fusion of Spirit and science creates a “double rainbow diagnosis”—two options of hope for your patient. Let God take it from there! The knowledge you were blessed with will lead toward complete healing or the invitation to allow God in will take them to complete healing. What Unlimited Flow Looks Like When you become a vessel: o   A prayer for peace stabilizes a patient’s nervous system — fear is not allowed to enter! Your surrender to God radiates His presence through you. o   A Spirit-led insight reveals hidden root causes or a piece of the puzzle our experience cannot see. o   A word of hope shifts prognosis into promise. Your spoken words matter! This is not about striving harder. It’s about surrender: “I get out of the way, and God flows through me.” Practice for This Week I have been reading an amazing book by a Nurse Practitioner who went through this transformation of becoming still, being present, learning what’s possible with partnership with God, and allowing Him to flow through her. And you know what happens — healing miracles!  Check out her book titled Flow: Releasing a River of Healing into Healthcare by Rhonda Hamilton on Amazon. This is a great book to read while you wait for my White Coat Revival  book release. With love and expectancy, Marilyn Kaminski James 1:17 (NKJV) “Every good and perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of Lights, with whom there is now variation or shadow of turning.”

Presence Unlocks Partnership

Newsletters

Becoming a Medical Intercessor: Presence Unlocks Partnership September 14, 2025 Becoming a Medical Intercessor: Presence Unlocks Partnership Last week I discussed that stillness is the gateway to divine wisdom. Today, we discuss cultivating presence — being present with your patient and being present with God. This quiet skill is what changes everything about how you practice medicine. Presence Changes Everything Presence means being fully attuned to God, yourself, and the person before you. In presence, you’re not rushing to fix, diagnose, or perform—you’re listening, not processing your extraordinary knowledge, but discerning, and creating space for the Spirit to move within your mind — and grab the exact piece of knowledge perfectly for that patient at that perfect time. Jesus modeled this. Even while crowds pressed around Him, He stopped for the woman who touched His garment (Mark 5:25–34). He was there for her as she told her whole story, and then He gave her the words of validation she needed to hear: “Your faith has made you whole. Go in peace and be healed of your affliction.” His stillness became presence, and His presence unlocked encouragement and healing. The Power of Partnership Presence shifts you from working for man to working for God. This is the ViaRayma approach—interacting with patients from a parasympathetic state: calm, open, receptive, and connected to God’s omniscient power. When you are present, both sides of your brain engage. Your clinical expertise (left brain) provides medical precision, while your Spirit-led discernment (right brain) reveals divine insights. This partnership creates breakthroughs you could never achieve alone. Stories of Presence When you walk in this flow you will experience what so many others have: unknown symptoms became a clear diagnosis, mountains of obstacles were trampled over like pebbles, and healings unfolded as they partnered with God. Presence positioned them to hear, and partnership allowed God to act. Practice for This Week Before a patient interaction, take one grounding breath. Pray silently: “Holy Spirit, help me be fully present to this moment.” Listen with both clinical attentiveness and spiritual openness. Psalm 24:7 (NKJV) “Lift up your heads, O you gates! And be lifted up, you everlasting doors! And the King of glory shall come in.”

Becoming a Medical Intercessor: Be Still and Know

Newsletters

Becoming a Medical Intercessor: Be Still and Know September 7, 2025 Becoming a Medical Intercessor: Be Still & Know A few newsletters back, I shared about the limitations of the human brain compared to the rapid processing power of AI—and reminded us that even greater than both is the omniscient wisdom of God. That truth comes alive in Psalm 46:10: “Be still and know [encounter] I am God.” Encounter means to “meet with someone.”  In stillness you can meet with the Great I Am! Stillness is not passive—it’s the doorway. It’s in stillness that we stop striving, quiet our own thoughts, and make space for His voice. When we reach the end of our strength and understanding, His wisdom begins. Our limits are not the end—they are His starting line. Why Stillness Matters Stillness is not passivity. It is a posture of receptivity. In a noisy medical world filled with demands, protocols, and pressure, stillness allows you to tune in to the Great Physician. Think of Mary and Martha. Martha busied herself with tasks, but Mary sat at Jesus’ feet. Jesus affirmed Mary’s choice: presence over performance (Luke 10:42). The same is true for you. Being still positions you to receive wisdom activity alone can never provide. The Science of Stillness Your years of training have filled your left brain—the storehouse of logic, data, and evidence. Yet your right brain—the center of intuition, imagination, and vision—is where God often speaks. Stillness unites the two. Imagine combining clinical knowledge with divine insight—that union transforms care into encounters of hope and healing. A Prophetic Picture I received a powerful prophetic word that described “medical intercessors praying with diagnostic precision—laser-focused prayers that shift body systems and release healing.” But before such precision can flow, the vessel — you  — must first be still. Practice for This Week Before your next patient or project, pause for five minutes. Place your hand on your heart, take a slow breath, and say: “Here I am, Lord. Send me. Align my knowledge with Your wisdom and let’s go heal this patient together.” Notice what you sense—peace, ideas, images, or words—and journal them. Psalm 46:10 (NIV) “Be still and know [encounter] I am God.”

Simple and Joy-Filled

Aligned: Simple and Joy-Filled August 31, 2025 Aligned: Simple and Joy-Filled  When you live in alignment, life moves with grace. The environments you step into shift and flow as you journey through your day, yet you remain whole and steady. But when you are out of alignment, the day feels full of turns and detours—each twist pulling you into a version of yourself that God never intended you to carry. Scripture reminds us: “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” —Jeremiah 29:11 God has a straight path prepared for you. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, trust Him deeply, and He will clear the way. What God Has Been Revealing Over the past 18 months, I have walked closely with God—listening for His voice, receiving visions, and dreaming His dreams. He has shown me the hidden root of why healing feels blocked in our medical system, and He has revealed the most powerful, yet simple, solution to cut away those bad roots. We often look at the mountains in front of us—the broken systems, the long lists of obstacles—and think the way through must be complex. But God reminded me: His ways are simple, His solutions are breathtakingly clear. And the answer He gave me? It involves YOU. Positioned On Purpose When God created you, He had already accounted for the obstacles, the chains, the resistance you would face here on Earth. He knew the exact time in history you would live. He knew the exact circumstances surrounding you. And with all of that knowledge, He specifically chose you for this moment. Not to set you up for failure. But to equip you. To position you. To prosper you in the very purpose He designed for you. That is why alignment matters. When you are realigned with God’s purpose for your life, healing flows—not just for you, but for every person He has called you to care for. A Gift for the White Coats (and Beyond) That’s why I wrote White Coat Revival. In this book, I walk you through 7 alignments that restore, realign, and strengthen your role in God’s purpose—and I show you how to do it. Inside, you’ll read the visions and dreams the Lord has entrusted to me, as well as real stories of miracles that flowed through the medical practitioner to the patient when living in this alignment. White Coat Revival is written to physicians—the ones who wear the white coat—but its message is for anyone who cares for God’s most precious creation: the human body. No matter your role, this journey will transform you. Imagine practicing medicine (or any work of healing) in such a way that it feels light, joy-filled, and completely aligned with God’s design. Imagine walking in your day with confidence that you are exactly where He has called you to be. That’s what this book will invite you into. Mark 11:24 (NIV) “Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.”

The Power of Vision

Aligned Purpose: The Power of Vision August 24, 2025 Aligned Purpose: The Power of Vision I hope you’ve been enjoying these newsletters and noticing your mind stretching toward new possibilities in patient care. I know I sometimes paint what might feel like “impossible” scenarios—but I say them with confident trust. These things can and do happen far more often than most people realize. A couple of weeks ago at Andrew Wommack’s Healing is Here conference, I heard one of the simplest yet most profound truths: “If you can’t see it, you can’t have it.” Jesus said in Mark 11:24, “Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.” Notice the past tense: “have received.” Faith begins when we believe we’ve already received, even before our natural eyes see it. Think about the best vacation you’ve ever had. Recall what you loved most about it—the sights, the sounds, the atmosphere. Even now, you can re-experience it almost fully: the weather, the emotions, even the smells. That’s the power of your God-given imagination. Your role in healing works the same way. If you want miracles to flow in your patient care, you must first see yourself in your imagination as the vessel God is calling you to be. You have to vision it before you can have it. That’s why the ViaRayma Approach offers such a powerful framework. One of the practices I call Medical Intercessor Visualization combines your medical knowledge with the authority and power of the mind of Christ: You visualize the diseased or damaged tissue with the precision of your training all while just being present to your patient and God — then you see that same tissue healed and restored — because you invited Christ into the exam room with you. Disease, illness, injury and infirmities cannot remain where Christ dwells, therefore, healing often follows—sometimes instantly, sometimes progressively as your patient’s faith deepens. When the Great Physician takes over, healing outcomes for your patient can happen much faster than medicine alone. If you can see yourself being a vessel for healing and you believe you can be a vessel for healing…you will be. Are you ready to learn how this simply profound power God gave you is already available to us? Mark 11:24 (NIV) Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.

Gaining Knowledge Is Very Important: How We Access It Is Vital

Blogs

“Wise Men Lay up Knowledge.” Medical training builds extraordinary intellect—years of study, memorization, and practice create a vast storehouse of knowledge. But here’s the challenge: the human brain was never designed to process it all at once. Burnout is inevitable when we try. Scripture reminds us: “Wise men lay up knowledge.” The missing piece? We were meant to store knowledge and partner with the Omniscient God, who brings forward the right insight at the right moment. Gaining Knowledge Is Very Important: How We Access It Is Vital Have you ever felt that the more knowledge you gain—the more years of education, training, and clinical experience you build—the harder it becomes to actually process and apply it all? Almost like you’re drowning in information, yet still unsure what to do in the moment? And in medicine, those moments can mean life or death. Physicians spend decades in rigorous preparation. Medical school, residency, fellowships—these are not small achievements. They demand extraordinary dedication, sacrifice, and perseverance. The intellect gained through this journey is nothing short of remarkable. To graduate medical training is to reach a level of high intellect that should be deeply honored and celebrated. But here’s the paradox: the sharper the mind, the fuller the knowledge, the heavier the weight to carry it all. The Limits of the Human Mind Research shows that our working memory can only hold four to seven items at a time. That ceiling doesn’t move, no matter how sharp your intellect becomes. Even the brightest physicians, who may hold over a million points of knowledge through training, still face this reality: the human brain was not designed to retrieve and process it all at once. Even our subconscious recall is limited. The Pareto Principle—the 80/20 rule—reveals that in medicine, 20% of what we know gets used in 80% of cases. That leaves the majority of knowledge stored but untapped, often inaccessible in the moment it’s most needed. And that’s where the frustration, exhaustion, and burnout set in. Not because you aren’t brilliant. But because brilliance alone was never the whole plan. What Scripture Teaches About Knowledge The Bible mentions knowledge 172 times. Proverbs 10:14 says, “Wise men lay up knowledge.” Notice it doesn’t say “process all knowledge” or “rely only on knowledge.” It says to lay it up—to treasure, to guard, to store. This is where our training often misses the mark. We are taught how to gain knowledge. We are taught how to apply protocols. But we are rarely taught how to store knowledge in a way that makes it available at the exact right time—through partnership with the One who knows all things. Remember the Garden of Eden? God warned Adam and Eve to not eat from the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil. That warning applies to us today. The Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil represents us having a high intellect and then being the “god” of our intellect—believing it’s up to us to process it all through decision trees, calculations, and our own limited reasoning—rather than partnering that stored knowledge with the Holy Spirit to guide us. When we do this, we take on the burden of outcomes that were never meant to rest on human shoulders. The warning in the Garden was not about knowledge being bad, but about processing all your gained knowledge without God. Knowledge alone was never meant to be our source of life—it was meant to be a storehouse, activated and directed by His wisdom at the right time, for the right purpose. The Missing Puzzle Piece: The Mind of Christ Imagine this: You walk into the exam room carrying all your intellectual training—decades of study, practice, and achievement. That storehouse is real, and it’s commendable. But instead of striving to recall it all yourself, you invite the Omniscient God to reach into your storehouse and pull out the exact piece of knowledge needed for that patient, in that moment. This is the partnership that changes everything. Not abandoning intellect, but aligning it with the mind of Christ. Not rejecting science, but joining it with the Spirit. Why This Matters Your intellectual journey was never wasted. In fact, it was preparation. The countless hours of study built a vast storehouse—but knowledge becomes transformative when paired with wisdom from above. You weren’t just trained for medicine—you were designed for it. On purpose. For purpose. To steward the intellect you’ve been given, and to release it in partnership with the All-Knowing God. What would change—in your stress, your outcomes, your sense of calling—if you shifted from carrying knowledge alone to practicing medicine with the mind of Christ? This is the balance of science and Spirit. This is the ViaRayma approach to medicine. Imagine this: a physician, a really good one that has many years of experience under her belt, a proven track record of excellence, becomes burdened by a lawsuit, paralyzed by complexity—not because she lacked education, experience, or excellence, but because she was operating from the confines of her own mental processing. Her human brain, even at peak capacity, can only process so much. She must juggle multiple patients, various body systems are impacted from a car accident, critical outcomes are held on her shoulders—all within moments. She draws on decades of prestigious education, advanced training, and an impressive resume of experience… but she does it alone, inside the isolation of her own brain. Now consider the introduction of AI. I can tell a computer to scan 50 years of medical journals in seconds. What takes us weeks—or even years—AI processes in minutes. It sees patterns, correlations, risks, and research at lightning speed. It’s impressive. But even AI is only as powerful as the data it’s fed. It lacks compassion. It lacks discernment. It lacks the breath of God. And this is where the true upgrade begins. God. Omniscient. All-knowing. Able to process everything…literally everything. Not just symptoms, or amazing medical advancements. He is the Master engineer of all anatomy and physiology. He is the

Aligned Purpose: The Power of Alignment

Newsletters

Aligned Purpose: The Power of Alignment August 17, 2025 Aligned Purpose: The Power of Alignment In February 2025, I witnessed a healing miracle that completely transformed the way I practice medicine. Aligned to my God-given purpose, I discovered that I now interact with patients in a radically different way—no longer from my own strength, but as a vessel for God’s love to flow. I was working on a patient with a partial ruptured calf muscle that occurred when he was playing basketball earlier that week. Instead of filling the time with small talk, like I used to, I decided to “Be Still” and partner with God, operating as a vessel, standing in the Gap bringing heaven to my patient. In that stillness moment, I felt the presence of Christ. As my mind aligned to Christ, my hands identified the torn fibers and implemented a soft tissue technique to ensure reconnection of the fibers and prevent scar tissue—a technique I’ve done hundreds of times. But this time, I wasn’t just treating. I was partnering with Heaven, visualizing complete healing. And then it happened—in an instant, the fibers re-aligned, blood rushed through, and the muscle was fully restored. A miracle, right under my fingers! The presence of Christ was profound. The patient felt it and knew it. Heaven came down to earth that day! God’s will for no injury was manifested! When we live aligned, Heaven flows through us—healing occurs. Alignment with God’s will for you is the bridge where your knowledge meets God’s wisdom to release miracles. Every day you live outside of alignment is a day God’s will is delayed through you—leaving patients captive to disease, injury, illness, pain, or limitations. You are called to heal! Your extraordinary knowledge is necessary, but Divine partnership with that knowledge is powerful! Where in your life are you settling for halfway purpose instead of full alignment? What miracles might God want to release through you when you step into your 100% Alignment with your God-given purpose? John 14:12 (NKJV) “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father.”

Your Calling Is Knocking. Will You Answer?

Newsletters

Your Calling Is Knocking. Will You Answer? August 10, 2025 God is inviting you into more purpose, more impact, and more of His presence in your work — here’s how to step in. God Is Calling You Higher! You feel it — that Holy Spirit pull to step into more. More purpose. More impact. More of God’s presence in your work. When He calls you higher, it’s not about striving harder — it’s about alignment. Getting still. Hearing His voice. Walking in the purpose He’s already placed inside you. I have created some powerful reflective questions below. Don’t rush through these. The response to these simple questions will be life changing. “Be Still and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.” [Psalm 46:10 NKJV]  Take a moment right now and “Be Still”. Ask God each of these questions. Write down whatever you feel, hear, or see as you ask each question: What fire is the Lord igniting in me? When you look at the world, what breaks your heart? What moves you? What promise from God must I trust? (Remember, we cannot see what our Father sees.) What idol must I cut off? What are the little distractions or “needs” pulling me away from Him? What fruit does God want to produce in my life? What impact does He want me to have? What’s holding me back? What is hindering me from producing the fruit? Now, create a visual. In your mind and meditate on what that looks like in application. Ask the following questions and write down whatever you see, feel or hear as you ask yourself (and God) each of these questions: If you were highly successful 10 years from now, serving thousands, what type of patients are you helping? What conditions excite you to heal? Think back to the earliest childhood memory of what you wanted to be. Does that dream still live in you? How does it align with your work now? Does your life carry the same love, joy, and peace inside and outside of work? If not, what has gotten in the way? Picture your life and work in 2, 5, and 10 years. What do you envision? Be still. Ask. Listen. God is ready to answer —when you align with Him, extraordinary things happen. Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV) “For I know the plans I have for you,”, declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
